I didn't start here, I started a small clothing business of my own, running the social media for it myself. Around the same time, I was deep in creative work at school, video editing, directing, graphic design. At some point it clicked: the skills I was using for my own brand were exactly what other business owners needed and didn't have.
So I started offering it and early on, I watched a client invest real money every month and see nothing come back from it. No new leads and no real growth, just activity.
The problem was never effort, it was the absence of a system connecting the work to an actual business outcome. So I built one and when it produced real results such as leads, inquiries, revenue. I tested the same approach with other founders, it worked again and again. That's when it became clear: my job was never to keep someone "active" online. It was to build the strategic infrastructure behind their growth.
I'm detail-obsessed by nature, the kind of person who can't function without Notion and a color-coded Google Calendar. I stay organized so nothing about your business falls through the cracks, and I communicate directly the moment I see something that needs to change. No silence and no surprises.
Some of my proudest work has come from my time as Digital Marketing Manager at Girls Trip Society, a women's networking brand. It's where I learned to build systems that produce organic growth, real lead pipelines, not just visibility. Being part of a brand built by women, for women, made the results mean even more to me personally.
Outside of client work, I'm active in community outreach and have spoken at workshops on digital marketing and strategy. I care about this work beyond the retainer which is probably why it keeps producing results.
I work closely with every client deeply embedded in their business, building a system designed to run independently. It depends entirely on what the business actually needs.
I'll be honest about one thing too: early on, I said yes to almost anyone who reached out, without checking whether they were ready to do the work on their end. I learned sometimes the hard way that even the best strategy fails if a founder isn't willing to show up for their half of it so now I'm intentional about who I take on.
